  5. Deposit Deadline: The applicant must pay the deposit within a specified time frame, as communicated by the club. Failure to make the deposit within this period may result in the forfeiture of the approved membership slot.
  6. Voluntary Withdrawal: If the applicant voluntarily withdraws their application after the membership has been approved but before paying the deposit, the deposit will not be required, and the applicant will not be considered an official member.
  7. Membership Benefits: Official members will be entitled to the benefits and privileges outlined in the club's membership guidelines and policies.
  8. Changes to Agreement: The club reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on the club's website or other communication channels. It is the responsibility of the applicants and members to review the terms regularly to stay informed about any changes.
  9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
