What is the UNTIL Health Concierge?
The Health Concierge is a free matching service. Tell us what you need, whether that's a physio, a PT, a dentist, or something else, and we'll connect you with the right specialist from our network of 600+ practitioners. No searching, no guesswork.
Is the free taster session really free?
Yes. No upfront costs, no hidden fees. It's a genuine introductory session so you can experience what the right specialist can do for you. One session per person, available this April.
What types of free sessions are available?
Physiotherapy, personal training, aesthetics consultations, dental consultations, and osteopathy tasters. More options may be available. Speak to our Health Concierge for the full list.
How does the matching process work?
Fill in a short form telling us about your goals and what you're looking for. Our Health Concierge reviews your needs and matches you with the right specialist. We'll be in touch to confirm your session.
Can I use my private health insurance?
Yes. Many of our practitioners are covered by major insurers including Bupa, Aviva, AXA, Vitality, WPA, and Cigna. Our Health Concierge can help you understand what your plan covers and match you with a specialist within your policy.
Where is UNTIL Canary Wharf?
We're in the YY Building (the Revolut building), directly across from the Jubilee line exit at Canary Wharf. Easy to find, easy to get to.
What happens after my free session?
That's up to you. There's no obligation to continue. If you'd like to book more sessions with your specialist, our team can help arrange that, and if you have private health insurance, we can check what's covered.
