UNTIL dental surgeries are fully fitted and clinically maintained. You walk in and start practising, without the usual fit-out costs, capital investment, and equipment procurement. CBCT scanner access is available, alongside fully equipped treatment chairs, a dental unit, lighting, and all standard clinical infrastructure. How much does it cost to rent a dental surgery at UNTIL?
Thrive membership: £199/mo. Teams membership: £50 admin fee + £199 per member/month. Dental surgeries are booked in half-day blocks from £350.
Can I use UNTIL for patient overflow from my existing practice?
Yes. This is one of the reasons established dental practitioners join UNTIL. If your existing practice is at capacity, UNTIL lets you see overflow patients in Marylebone or Canary Wharf without the overhead of a second site. UNTIL’s flexible bookings allow you to pay only for what you use, and cancel with 30 days' notice when your list quietens. There's no minimum term and no lease.
