Is there a clinical treatment bed in the rooms?
Yes. Every UNTIL treatment room is equipped with a height-adjustable clinical bed, and all rooms are designed for hands-on treatment and professional clinical work. Equipment is maintained to a premium standard across all four locations. Full room specifications are available from our membership team.
Can I use the gym floor for exercise prescription with osteopathy patients?
Yes. This is one of the defining advantages of UNTIL for osteopathy and MSK practitioners. Gym floor access is included in your membership. You can take patients from the treatment room directly to the gym floor for loaded movement, functional assessment, or guided exercise prescription. The gym is equipped with Eleiko barbells, Prime cable stations, and Atlantis resistance machines.
How do cross-referrals work with other UNTIL practitioners?
UNTIL is not a formal referral network. There's no fee-sharing or centralised system. Cross-referrals happen organically because 500+ health professionals share the same buildings. Osteopaths at UNTIL regularly receive referrals from PTs (whose clients present with pain or postural issues), physios (who may need a structural/osteopathic perspective), and sports therapists.
Do I need to bring my own patients to UNTIL?
Yes. You run your own independent practice and bring your own patient base. UNTIL is not a clinic that provides patients. What it does provide is a community and environment where new referrals emerge naturally over time. Many practitioners also find that the professional address and premium environment alone support the acquisition of higher-value private patients.
How much does UNTIL membership cost?

Can I use multiple UNTIL locations?
Yes. Your Thrive membership gives you access to all four UNTIL locations: Soho, Marylebone, Liverpool Street and Canary Wharf. Credits can be used at any location. Some practitioners split their week across two or three clubs to serve different client catchments.
Do I keep 100% of what my clients pay me?
Yes. UNTIL charges membership and space hire, nothing else. There's no revenue share, no commission, no percentage of your session fees. Your clients pay you directly, at whatever rate you set.
How quickly can I start?
Most osteopaths complete their tour and onboarding call within 2-3 days of applying, and are seeing their first patients within two weeks.
