Are the rooms suitable for talking therapy?
Yes. UNTIL's consultation rooms are private, quiet, and professionally furnished, designed for confidential sessions. They're suitable for any form of talking therapy, including psychotherapy, counselling, CBT, hypnotherapy, and coaching. Front-of-house staff manage client arrivals, so clients are greeted professionally before their session.
Are the rooms suitable for physical treatments like massage?
Yes. UNTIL's treatment rooms are equipped with a clinical treatment beds, good lighting, and easy-clean surfaces, suitable for massage, physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic, acupuncture, and bodywork. Full equipment lists per location are available upon request.
How private are the rooms?
All treatment and consultation rooms are fully private. Sessions cannot be overheard from common areas. UNTIL's front-of-house team greets your clients on arrival and directs them discreetly, so client confidentiality is maintained from the moment they walk in.
Is there a waiting area for clients?
Yes. All UNTIL clubs have a professional reception and waiting area. Your clients are greeted by the front-of-house team. You don't need to be at the door; they're taken care of.
Can I book the same room at the same time each week?
Yes. Recurring slots can be booked in advance via the UNTIL app, subject to availability. Most practitioners establish a consistent weekly schedule within their first month.
How much does membership cost?
Thrive membership is £199/mo and gives you full club access across all four locations. On top of that, you buy credit bundles to book rooms by the hour.
Do I need to commit to a minimum number of hours?
No minimum hours, no minimum term. You can start with one session a week and scale at your own pace. Cancel with 30 days' notice at any point.
Do I keep 100% of what my clients pay me?
Yes. UNTIL charges membership and space hire, nothing else. There's no revenue share, no commission, no percentage of your session fees. Your clients pay you directly, at whatever rate you set.
Can I use multiple UNTIL locations?
Yes. Thrive membership gives you access to all four UNTIL locations: Soho, Marylebone, Liverpool Street and Canary Wharf. Credits can be used at any location. Some practitioners split their week across two sites to reach different client catchments. For example, running City clients at Liverpool Street and West End clients at Soho.
How quickly can I start?
Most counsellors complete their tour and onboarding call within 2-3 days of applying, and are seeing their first patients within two weeks.

What is the Clubhouse?
